Fergie time reversed ... FML. I guess that's karma after Rooney somehow wasn't sent off for that stupid foul early in the game.

So because the referee saw it and brandished a yellow, does that mean that Rooney can not face further disciplinary action under the new rules?

I believe in the Jays.

They could suspend him if they decided it was worse then a red card offense. That's what the FA said last year with the Suarez incident, that he would have faced further punishment regardless of whether or not the ref saw it.

Danny Rose is a bigger miss than Bale is at this point, if Vertonghen was at CB and not forced to play LB than Dawson could be the 3rd/4th CB that he is for a team like this
Lloris with the two worst goal kicks I have ever seen him take
Also Holtby needs to officially start training to be a box to box CM, he's not creative enough to play as a 10
Townsend not starting was a plus, no one missed his 10 shots that didn't go anywhere near scoring

United were lucky to get the point.
Did anyone else hear Giggs getting booed when he subbed in? I didn't expect that at all.

There are some very good reasons for him being booed. I would boo the guy too. His own brother thinks he's a "worm".

stay classy David Moyes

I think he has to stay publicly on Rooney's side. They need to re-sign him.

Has anyone in the history of the EPL got let off more blatent red cards than Rooney? Seriously, WTF does this guy have to do now to earn a red?

or he could say I didn't see it
or not go in to detail about how it was ok
he calls out Ashley Young for diving yet when Rooney gets the red mist he goes blind

or done like Martinez yesterday, for Miralles horror tackle
Quote:
"I can see why Liverpool might think that. I have seen the replay and obviously Kevin goes for the ball with a typical striker's tackle and closes his eyes when he gets to the incident and his right leg catches Suarez....
I don't think it is a red card because it is not a malicious incident, he tries to win the ball but gets there late...
I think a yellow card, bearing in mind the emotions you bring into a derby, was the right decision. But I can see why, if that had been against my team, I would've been thinking it would have been a red card."
