He continues to be a reliable hand and draw for AEW live shows.
There's a difference between overrated in the ring - or overexposed character-wise - and overrated in general. Mox has been integral for the business, multi-time champion for two companies, and puts butts in seats - both at home and abroad.

I think he's had 2 stretches where he was legitimately great as a solo wrestler.
The run up to that match with HHH at roadblock (and he probably should have went over HHH there), and then his first 6 months or so after leaving WWE with his debuts in NJPW and AEW.
But his in-ring work isn't great, and to me his character is stale and boring. "OMG Moxley Bleeds!" Has become his character and it's overrated and overexposed at this point.

Glad you clarified your point. His character has become overrated and overexposed. His contributions to wrestling in the last 5-10 years have been pivotal. He is also a huge draw in NJPW, has worked multiple Bloodsports, and shows up at indie shows. He does wrestling according to him, not the other way around.
Dude is still quite important to the business even if fans want a character change.

I gotta say while I don't love spooky stuff in wrestling I would pay to see a horror movie spin-off of the Wyatt's. It's very well done... and kinda creepy. Bo Dallas os killing these VHS video promos. I've seen all the V/H/S/ movies, this angle would fit in perfectly.

I do think part of this VHS tape angle might be trying to remove the masks and that element of the characters at least.
Which would be good and the only way this works. Nobody would be able to take the actual dressed up characters seriously.

That was the best episode of Dynamite in a long time.
Makes me want to go next week.

Agreed. Excellent show. Britt looks great.
I could do without the Jericho and Bucks stuff. At least Tony is doing the smart thing and not associating Page with The Elite. Plus they needed to turn MJF heel...
Guessing that means Page vs Swerve, MJF vs Ospreay, and Mone vs Britt. Can they change Mone's music already? It's awful, and no longer fits her character.

Britt vs. Mone - was so much fun to see that promo last night, it felt more real and more authentic than so many recent promos in that division. 'Twas great stuff!

It will be worth it to Watch Danielson and Hangman wrestle for the Own Heart Cup.
Tickets are like $35 bucks right now.

They're finally using the Bucks smartly though. Basically anyone associating with them is automatically a heel because of how ######y they are.

Cena announces that the next wrestlemania will be his last. Really great promo and he still can get an arena eating out of the palm of his hand.

Gotta find a way to give him that 17th title. I'm certain that's the plan. Punk/Cena one last time would be a hell of a feud.
Great bit of booking in the Title match. Planting seeds all over the place.

Jesus christ, Zoe's a bit of a botch machine, I thought she's broken Lyra's arm on the one botch with the drop on the ladder where she missed it and Lyra's arm slammed into it hard. The Zoe does a catapult over the rope and completely misses Lyra and slams the back of her head on the ladder.

Well the woman's division murdered each other. It was a good match, but a botch fest, but giving the brief case to Tiffany is a really smart move.

Wow they actually got Jacob Fatu into Canada? I like that Cole and Heyman have brought up the Bloodline's "past". It really helps enforce the angle of them being too dangerous.
