I know some were claiming he's an NHL goalie while Skinner is not (which is weird to me but w/e) and insinuating that if he were to come back this series that Dallas would be in trouble somehow.

Uhhhhh no? Dude is serviceable but not great and is only in the NHL because the Oil pulled him off the scrap heap because they can't afford an actual backup with their cap situation. Otherwise, guy would be in Europe or the AHL right now.

What is this talk of Pickard being a good goalie? He is a career AHLer who the Oilers grabbed out of desperation because they literally didn't have a backup.

In the 6 years prior to joining the Oiler organization, he played:

AHL: 154 games
NHL: 30 games
Austria: 6 games

And yet there is legit discussion that he may actually be better than Skinner. LOL

It’s comical, the way they addressed the loss

Skinner gives up a goal that he can’t see from the blue line, with a ton of traffic. He’s the guy who steps up and talks to the media. He says that he should have looked around the right side of the crowd in front of him, that he has to fight to see better around the traffic. Hrudey throws him under the bus and agrees. Brutal.

Well, how about the defense make it tougher to stand in front of the net? I’m pretty sure goalies playing behind Pronger didn’t have to worry about too much traffic

Then Draisaitl talks about needing a penalty kill, and says that really it’s not something he should have any say about because he is not on it.
