6000 tickets sold for the game in Quebec City so far. Weather isn't cooperating but may get to 7500-8000.

What a fantastic switch by Montgomery and ball in by Aird for the Camargo finish. Great start!

And give it back with a colossal defensive breakdown from pretty much everyone….

Sucks to give up a goal like that but a draw is a good result in the grand scheme of things. But need to draw and win against them in Calgary because I hate to give up ground against them

Shome, Elva and Gherisamencov have been called in to their international teams for next weekend. Guessing we'll see Daley get the start and maybe Harms at LB if Kamdem and Field are still out?

I'm stunned Warschewski didn't steal the late win there, but I guess scoring on 95% of his chances is still pretty ok.

Sad to see the Whitecaps getting pumped in the CCC final. Cubas has gifted two goals to Cruz Azul and Ali Ahmed the worst player on the pitch by a country mile. Disappointing to see

If I’m Jesse Marsch I’m telling Ali Ahmed and Sam Adekugbe to stay home this summer. So so bad.

Cruz Azul is so much better in every way. No Berhalter and Gauld really hurting Vancouver. I think Sorensen got it really wrong with his fullbacks, should’ve gone with Johnson and Laborda for some defensive cover.

Barring a miracle comeback, Cavalry will be the only Canadian club to win a game against a Mexican side in this tournament.

Cruz Azul’s finishing has been so impressive

Whitecaps fairy tale is over in CCC. And they could be missing 10 players due to injuries and international play so their league season could be in trouble too

I hope that Cavalry is marketing the crap out of Cavs and CPL in Bangladesh. Holy smokes the social media interactions are hyped for Shome

The early goals took the wind and belief out of Vancouver. Cubas was responsible for giveaways that led to 3 goals. Who could have seen that coming? Vancouver needed to be nearly perfect in the match to get a result and instead Chivas were and Vancouver didn’t register a shot the entire match.

It reminded me of Canada vs Honduras in San Pedro Sula. Pure shell shock.

Obviously these guys aren't global superstars, but it sure does feel nice to have 'internationals' on our team

Maybe Nagelsmann travels to watch Toby at some point

I started watching the match as pretty neutral. Then during the buildup and first few minutes I'm like you know what? It would be nice if Whitecaps won it and I found myself cheering for them.

First goal in 7th minute was a breakdown defensively and I chalked it up to nerves and they'd settle in. But holy cow they looked like ass after that. I stopped watching after the 3rd and did other stuff.

Kinda odd to have back-to-back 5 nil Champions league finals though, (UEFA & CONCACAF)

Latest rumours around CPL expansion to Montreal. I'll believe it when I see it, but maybe it'll keep the "league is folding" doom and gloom at bay for a few days.

Man I hope so, just saw the Reddit on this. Crossing fingers. Would be great to add Montreal/Laval, Quebec City and Kelowna to the league in the immediate term.

The current setup of eight teams simply isn't enough teams to generate long-term league interest.

Valour playing their school game right now. Biggest crowd I've seen since their first game.

It is great to see that stadium with so many people in the stands, and on both sides of the stadium too. Hopefully a few kids bug their parents to buy them tickets to another game.
