Actually that makes some sense in a lot of ways as both organization can pay big for coaches and it's a good opportunity in big markets for each guy to get back to work.

Season is done and the player know it. This team didn't show high drive all season, so they're most certainly aren't gonna now.

Low confidence in maintaining a lead. Flames seem to deflate easily.
