What about your obsession with Bette Midler and your preference for track lighting?

I do listen to the Broadway station on XM quite a lot, but I've moved on to traditional lighting use LED bulbs.

Was only after you mentioned it that I realized it wasn't.

Heheh, he explained his name in his 'I'm gay ask me anything thread'. Though I will admit, it does fool the eyes a bit.

Rollins is bang-on. For anyone who proudly bought a sandwich at Chick-Fil-A last week because they wanted to "support free speech and the Constitution", would they have done the same if Dan Cathy had been in hot water for saying, "Whites are the master race" or "The holocaust is a myth". Somehow I doubt it. They're not standing up for freedom of speech, they're standing up for anti-gay bigotry. The least they could do is be honest about their homophobia.

I ate at Chick-Fil-A tonight. I felt dirty doing it, but their sandwich is so much better than any other fast food chicken option. And it wasn't even my biggest sandwich moral dilema of the week. Geno's steaks in Philly is openly racist (they have signs saying “This is America, order in English“ and “Dial 1 for English, Dial 2 for deportation“), but their cheesesteaks are amazing (though not as good as my favorite cheesesteaks at Chink's, which was so named because the original owner had slanted eyes). I just need to eat a lot of Ben Jerry's to make up for all of my racist and homophobic dining choices.

I know the rest of your post(s) tried to explain but...wow!
For the record the closest I come to "hating" anyone is when religious fanatics murder innocent people but i certainly don't hate anyones race or someones sexual preference.
|
When you started mocking posters in that other thread by saying things like " Since your so pro gay how about posting some pics the next time there's a parade downtown...I'll even make you more famous by putting them on my facebook page for you...your family will love them." I saw that as hate .
But I also realize this is a message board, and we sometimes say things a little more extremely than we would in real life. So maybe I was being a little extreme in calling you hateful towrds them, and I apolagize.
But you definitly show all the signs of being homophobic, and there are many like you. It's starting to die down as the years go by, which is great, but it will still take time.
