I believe yesterday was an M variant, and it was bringing horses. I think today it was just a regular pax 744, registration was PH-BFG.
I took some pics but the lighting was atrocious, will edit tonight and post up a couple that are ok.

Yeah, today was a regular pax 744. I will look at my video on my iPhone later and possibly upload it.

A Philippines registration?
Is that similar to how cruise ships are registered in odd ball countries?

PH is the registration code for all Dutch aircraft, some history about it from the KLM website:

We have a 787 coming in for ILS testing in about an hour. I'll see if I can't get some interesting pics.

For some reason, they really like the slope of our main runway. This will be the 4th time they've tested here in the past 18 months or so.
The last time I had spoken with one of the engineers, they said that they were testing the automated landing system to see if giving it altered GPS readings would throw it off. I'm not sure what exactly they're doing today.

Our view from the watch deck.
Interesting, they have the GE engines on this one. They've been primarily the Rolls Royce engines on previous jets.
I'll try to get some in-flight and close up pics when I can.

Looks like a beautiful day down in Billings. I passed through there once ferrying a manufacturer demo DA-40 Diamondstar down to Denver Centennial. Just a quick fuel stop on the way to Cheyenne.

OK, 787 photo dump!
I wasn't trying to be artistic with the B&W photos, I switched my phone to that mode accidentally...
I love the slope of the wingtips, the whole aircraft is pretty damn good looking.
I didn't get a chance to ask what they were testing, specifically.

Ok folks, back story I'm participating in the Relay for Life in Sydney NS.
We're camping out & looked up to see what looked a very bright star moving very quickly in the same path of other trans-Atlantic air traffic at about 10:05pm AST, so 9:05pm Eastern . (Moving mostly East out to Europe over the Atlantic)
My question is WTF was it, where was it coming from & where was it going?
Also at about 8:05pm AST (7:05 Eastern) a Lufthansa A340 (so it appeared on my totally zoomed in shot of it, I'll post the picture tomorrow) flew over. Same question, where from? To?
Alas PlaneFinder.net doesn't work on our Blackberries or iPhones
