If this leads to their demise for the Flames benefit, Go Oilers Go!

McDavid ran his face into a guy's stick last year and that guy (Soucy? I forget) got 2 games.

Oilers get the calls and the breaks.

That's the single positive possibility from this; remember they got bounced in rd 1 last year too. Regression incoming for VGK if they can't recover from this, Yay Flames if this reality comes to fruition, especially if the Oilers lose to WPG or DAL in rd3 anyway.

Best case scenario really!

Vegas should just focus on running the Oilers two players for the rest of their series.

Then big boy Rantanen will run roughshod over em. Big bird's derpy head's gonna swivel so hard it pops off. Bouchie's eyes will cross so hard you'll only see whites.

McDavid will cry of envy because of how many points 96 racks up.

Heiskanen and Robo coming back rested and not banged up at all could be massive too

From what I saw Robertson needs some playing time to get back up to speed. The WPG series should provide the perfect warm up to get back to his usual form.

If they win tonight I think they can shelter him pretty well at home in game 3
Heiskanen game 3 or 4 would probably be the play too

LA is a gimme; so I look at it like they've only won 2 games vs a good opponent and haven't really won a playoff series of any worth yet.

Crappy thing is they only need 3 real series to win a cup, but they're only 2/12 wins there right now; long way to go.

Yeah, we just did this all playoffs last year -- oh they're for sure gonna lose to the Canucks, oh they're for sure going to lose to Dallas, oh they're going to get swept by Florida, and we were one game away from a complete nightmare. So I get why everyone is losing their you know what that it's happening again.

There is still a long way to go but I understand the trauma.

No hearing for arviddson. No penalty. So, knights, take note. You can can-opener a guy and push him into the boards from behind and there’s no call. Got it. Refs and DOPS are a f’ing joke.

Unfortunately you can't linger on that, that's how you let the game get away from you like it did for the Kings.

If they try to retaliate, Oilers get PPs and goals. Just play them hard like they did in at least the 1st period last game where they could've been up a lot more than just 1-0 or whatever it was.

Can't rely on the zebras and have to play a perfect game pretty much.

Adin Hill looking like an NHL goalie for majority of the game would help too.

According to Oilers fans on X the refs didn't call the trip on Arviddson was because all game prior to that Vegas players were embellishing everything. So the refs weren't buying their embellishments anymore.

Wild coming from Oilers fans who I believe have players that embellish and whine more than anyone.

Oilers fans are so used to the Oilers doing it that they've become oblivious to it.

Remember the guy last year on here who said Pissy and McTantrum never dive? Not didn't dive a certain game. Don't dive at all.
