ESPN broadcast is pretty enjoyable. In the intermission, they covered some Flame chances and a Backlund breakout play, Oilers goals, then showed Carolina/New York highlights. CBC used to do that too.

Markstrom displayed his mental state on that first goal. He shows no poise 20 seconds in. He had time to control that puck and move it, instead he takes his eyes off of it with it coming off the boards (which a weird bounce is completely realistic), flubs it and its in our net. He looks rattled unfortunately. The team controls play for the most part and he gives up 3 on 9 shots. Roll the dice and get Vladar in the net.

I was quarantined for most of round 1 in the basement watching on a 32”. Any game that I have watched in my home theatre has been a loss so far. Moved back to my basement for the rest of the game.
