See 4chan identified the perp, and the cops got him. That's how crime is solved!
Actually the worse part is, it will probably turn out to be one of these random guys circled by someone (since I'm sure everyone with a backpack has been circled somewhere) and that will be taken as proof that this is okay to be randomly accusing people.

When my daughter is in her chair, I always have the pack in front (it's a smaller side pack, similar to this one, though smaller) - it's just easier to get to stuff she needs (or that I need). And that's not even in large crowds, just in general. Guess I'd be a suspect too, LOL.

I would just prefer it if people stopped using abbreviations and lingo they probably heard on American TV cop shows entirely whether it be perp or unsub.
