Hey, I don't think I'll be playing for at least a few days. I'm writing papers.

Epic night by koop and Chuckie. Chuckie gets the first Fata 7 goal night and koop gets 2 goals with one shot

Oh do tell about koop's 2 goals. I know that Chuckie a scoring machine, so I'm not surprised at that. However koops 2 goals 1 shot is something to be described.

The opposing team missed the pass at the blue line and I took a cross checking penalty and all four of us watched the puck slowly trickle in from our end to the center of the empty net. I guess koop was the last one of us to touch it before it went it. Then koop scores when we get on the pp right after I leave the box. The opponents quickly d'ced right after that

I HAVE AN IDEA!!!!!!

So there are a number of us stuck at B+ waiting for our last upgrade, and as we have discovered, it is nearly impossible. So my idea is to CHEAT!!! Now let me explain, we get however many people are interested in this to enter a team play game, and each of us will take turns playing net on the other team..... I think you know where I'm going with this. Thoughts?

I'm not sure stat-whoring to that degree is necessary. Is getting the last upgrade really that important?

No, you're right, and when I really thought about it it would make it a lot less fun having nothing to work towards. You were also right about the tinted visor, I miss it already. You are the voice of reason Russic.

Now agree with me that LittleBigPlanet is the best game of all time and we can finally see eye to eye.

When we go up against a team that can skate circles around us, yes it's important. I HATE THOSE GUYS.

We fell out of div2 at one point? Part of me thinks that the div system works by how many people are on your team ... the other part of me thinks that even ea doesn't understand how it works. We only starting dropping off when we started winning games. It makes no sense to me.

Between now, and once my final exams are done (Dec 11th or around there), I will not be playing much on weeknights at all.

Your ears will have time to recover from me chattering on my headset so much!

it does seem to work based on how good your team is. if you look at the other teams in the top divisions, they all have really good winning percentages. while ours has improved over time, it is still significantly lower than most in the top divisions. we have dropped at times, but the last few nights we managed a 11 game winning streak that really moved us up.

we benefit from having won a lot of team games which keeps us up there. i think the only reason we stayed in division 1 at the beginning is we were playing so much other teams couldn't keep up.

I think the number of players playing in the game is also incredibly important. If you are playing with 6 guys vs 2 it makes a big difference.

yeah, we had always assumed that. though recently we haven't had as many people. there is a core group of about 10 people that still play regularly.

on a brighter note, my +/- is up to -92!

Fantastic! I really need to start playing again. I will have some time during the break to play a bit more. Its hard getting the free time though. I finished Mirrors Edge tonight as well. What a waste of 7 hours. Story was crap. Combat was frustrating and crap. When it was good it was really good though. Would have been nice if they had designed it to be a bit more open though.

For a game that is designed around freedom you are really shoehorned into a specific path a lot of the time. I think the inevitable sequel has a lot of potential though. Put together a good story, create a little more diversity in the environments and fix the issues where you would have to repeat the same part over and over and over and over again because your character won't grab onto a goram pole.

With that in mind. The game was an extremely rewarding experience and will be worth a bargain bin purchase when it has dropped down to about 20 dollars. Makes a great rental as well.

I find the peak time for games is around 6 and 11. Work is slow and I have a few weeks before I go for a month for vacation so I'll be rededicating myself to the team.
