Everyone talked about the elite talent of Toronto and Edmonton and how they built these top contenders yet both lose in round one. 6 years into McDavid, 5 years into Matthews and the Oilers won a round and missed 4 times and the Leafs haven’t won a thing and missed one year.

Feel bad for Brodie and Rittich. Most Flames fans can associate with what Leafs fans are going through right now. It's tough when your team just can't get over the playoff hump. Good thing I don't feel bad for Leafs fans.

No series wins since 2004.

No game 7 wins since 2004.

Haven't beaten the Habs in the playoffs since 1967.


Since the Leafs last won a playoff series, every other Canadian team has gone at least to the Conference Finals and 4 of 6 have gone to the Finals.
