When I checked 538 last week, the odds at the time were 75% likely that the GOP takes the House (gap decreasing) and 62% likely that the Dems take the Senate (gap increasing)

I think the most likely outcome is Trump is charged and convicted, but is pardoned by the president of the day. God help us if it’s Desantis.

It would be funny if he was pardoned by Biden…i wonder how he would take it and how his supporters would view that

My impression is that this is really the only goal.

Which is sad on a whole bunch of other levels, but its better than nothing.

Trump's 5th corporate bankruptcy. He's got a better record than some corporate hitmen.

Friendly reminder from the GOP establishment that while the fringe crazies get all the attention, they can be hilariously embarrassing too!

It's amazing how Rolling Stone and Vanity Fair have had some of the best old-school, roll-up-sleeves investigative reporting on this guy the past 6 years. Even Esquire with Charles Pierce - even though he's pretty overt in his disdain for Trump - has delivered well-researched proper journalism at times.

Shocking that Trump may have kept these things for his own monetary benefit down the line... shocking!!

I thought it was obviously staged... how are you going to spraypaint the front of a building and somehow carefully avoid both the GOP logo and the building frame itself? Did they put up painters tape before they started?

Antifa is known for their excellent spray can control. It's in their manifesto.

Wait, is the point of the tweet that antifa is spray painting fascist on their window because they are following Biden's lead in calling out fascists? If we can assume or pretend that antifa really exists and spray paints their logo on their vandalisms, are they forgetting that antifa literally has fascist in their name!?

I think they are saying the GOP should be free to be fascists without fear of being labeled as such. Because pointing out someone is fascist is apparently worse than being fascist.

Good catch. The GOP logo would have been a primary target for defacement to any good anarchist!

Also the insinuation that antifa are somehow pro-Biden is hilarious in and of itself.
