Maybe the unnamed Raider overreacted but who knows what other stuff has been going on. Kissing another employee without consent in most workplaces could get you fired in the first place. All I know is that the Raiders seem to be magnets for players going crazy and as a fan, the training camp drama gets pretty old.

I don't know, really depends on the context. If it's just a playful kiss among teammates, that seems like overreaction to me. You see this all the time in European football and nobody gives a ####.

Those are heat of the moment celebration examples during a victory or big team moment. I don't think it's the same as something in the locker room and supposedly he's considered a freaky guy so I'm sure some players just don't want his attention as apparently nobody was sad to see him go. Like I said before, how many workplaces would that be acceptable in these days? Even though I feel it's a bit of an overreaction as well, employees have rights.

yeah, that's why I meant it really depends on the context. "He kissed a teammate on the head" can mean a lot of different things.

That might be acceptable out on the pitch but not for real football players.
