Those are heat of the moment celebration examples during a victory or big team moment. I don't think it's the same as something in the locker room and supposedly he's considered a freaky guy so I'm sure some players just don't want his attention as apparently nobody was sad to see him go. Like I said before, how many workplaces would that be acceptable in these days? Even though I feel it's a bit of an overreaction as well, employees have rights.
