Maybe the unnamed Raider overreacted but who knows what other stuff has been going on. Kissing another employee without consent in most workplaces could get you fired in the first place. All I know is that the Raiders seem to be magnets for players going crazy and as a fan, the training camp drama gets pretty old.

I don't know, really depends on the context. If it's just a playful kiss among teammates, that seems like overreaction to me. You see this all the time in European football and nobody gives a ####.

Those are heat of the moment celebration examples during a victory or big team moment. I don't think it's the same as something in the locker room and supposedly he's considered a freaky guy so I'm sure some players just don't want his attention as apparently nobody was sad to see him go. Like I said before, how many workplaces would that be acceptable in these days? Even though I feel it's a bit of an overreaction as well, employees have rights.

yeah, that's why I meant it really depends on the context. "He kissed a teammate on the head" can mean a lot of different things.

That might be acceptable out on the pitch but not for real football players.

The last 10 Super Bowl losers have won 3.4 fewer regular-season games the following season. Only one, the 2022 Bengals, had more victories in the ensuing campaign. Four of them, including the 49ers last season, missed the playoffs entirely. Just two made the conference championship the next season. [the score]

Here's hoping it happens to the Chiefs.

Chiefs are one of the two teams who made it back to the championship game (where they ironically lost to the Bengals team mentioned), Patriots the other. Chiefs could always miss the playoffs because a Mahomes season ender is always possible. Short of that they will likely be in again.

KC won 15 games last year using a lot of Voodoo. So yeah I'd bet heavy on them coming under 11.5 wins this year. The Chargers now have an adult coaching them. The Raiders too might have a competent coach, and Denver doesn't have half the salary cap as dead space. So there's a lot more competition inside the Division now.

Vegas might have a component coach now but their QB situation is pretty lacklustre.
