Me too.

Just because the Flames have $18 million in cap space doesn't mean they have to burn through it on UFA day like a kid with a pack of smarties.

Sign Edler if he'll come here to play top 4. Hope one of the younger D push him down with a big year.

Sign a depth vet D with some toughness for cheap.

Get a good back up that can shoulder the load if Markstrom gets hurt.

Get a depth forward with some toughness and a motor that doesn't quit.

Bring back all the RFA's

I'd be fine going into the rest of the off season with $8-10 million in cap space to keep the options open if something comes up.

Best scenario for the Flames today is losing out on all UFAs and finally accepting that the only way to consistent success is a rebuild.

Funny if Seattle has too much defense because they lost out on all the UFA forwards and end up trading Gio back to us for a 4th.

The funny thing is the last 3 weeks I saw a couple reports that said that there is so much tampering going on this year but they can't prove it but no its going on.and today proved it

So Seattle.... you gonna use all that cap you got errrrrrr?

So far this looks like an absolute flop for Seattle with zero side deals and questionable expansion picks.
