I think the game is being replayed right now on TSN.
Thanks and I'll enjoy it less now thanks to some doofus at work who in 3 seconds passing by blurted out the score. I ripped into him in front of others hoping wharever membrane is inside his puck thick skull would feel some shame. His reply: 'I kept you from bothering to watch the game." And..what did YOU exactly do in those 3 hours!?!??
To put it into context: I was 9 1/2 hours done my 10 hour shift skillfully avoiding the score..almost a cone of silence, while telling most that I didn't want to hear it, and shutting out the rest. Then this yayhoo does that crap. I felt like bagging his melon and punching it hard (by the throat) right through the hard cold window at work and then crunching on his skull with my cold winter boots.
If I wanted to hear anything intelligent at that time, I would have farted. And I let him know that in no uncertain terms, telling him to think twice before he pulls that sh*t again. I'd rather watch curling now when I know the score.
Jayocal, I am not sure how you will be able get to your hotel without hearing all the cheers of jubilation from the front desk, or from the hotel bar open early!
Lol, this thought has crossed my mind as well. Hopefully I'll luck out.
The entrance I go in is away from the bar plus the front desk is usually empty when I get there.
Hopefully my passengers don't spoil it for me...that's another factor. It's going to be a bizarre morning for me.

Meh. After Sunday Canada will have won 4 out of the last 5 major tournaments.
(Olympics 2002, 2010, 2014 and World Cup in 2004).
Not Canada's fault, but these tournaments are losing a lot of their attraction unless they become more competitive.
US didn't really stand a chance, once Canada turned it on in the 3rd, there was no contest.
Hasn't this been the way its been in hockey forever. Basically two countries have won everything - Canada and the Soviet Union. Sweden and USA and the Czechs have the odd win but its pretty much always been dominated by those two countries.
In the Olympics - Canada's won 12, Soviets won 7 (plus 1 for the 'Unified team') and the US with 3, Sweden 2, Czech/Great Britain have won 1.
Canada Cup - Canada won 4, Soviets won 1
World Cup - Canada and the US won 1.
I suppose there was a stretch there from 96 World Cup through 2006 Olympics where there was a bit more parity (96 WC - USA, 98 Oly - Czech, 02 Oly - Canada, 04 WC - Canada, 06 Oly - Sweden) but that was more of a blip than a common occurrence.
