Next level roof technology that can be tinted via computer to control the amount of natural light let in.
Side note: this probably doesn't exist

The placement of many of the buildings are odd, which makes me skeptical. WB Bow Trail seems to just disappear into buildings. A condo tower is directly touching the WLRT guideway. Either a very sloppy conceptual image, or a hoax.

I kind of hope that's a hoax, or a poor rendering/angle.
We'll find out tomorrow I guess.

Yeah, the building beside the C-Train track is weird. It's basically sitting on top of the ramps from 14th St to 9th Ave.

Something strange here… It feels to me somehow like I've seen some of those buildings in SimCity. The trees, too.

This confirms everything I've heard, including that there wouldn't be any major roads being moved (which I was surprised to hear). I think it's real.

Cool idea but no way to hang concert rigs from that ceiling.

They could just have a retractable "cover", either inside or outside.

Pretty sure that wont be glass. That's just a see-through effect for the rendering.

Wouldn't it be cool if there was no jumbotron and it was just projected onto the entire roof?
