I'd love that, but what would it take?

Ty Rattie is the next Marc-Antoine Pouliot.

Ty Rattis is a top prospect of St. Louis Blues, not likely they would trade him.

Bartschi sets up the game winner and finishes the night with 3 more assists.

Bartschi with his 3 assists now has 13 games this season where he's got 3 or more points, that's insane. I can't wait to see this guy take the next step to the NHL.

Bartschi 52 points in 22 games. His 4th in WHL league leaders in scoring. Only 9 points away from the top score, Mark Stone who's played 31 games.

Keep up the great work Bartschi!

This kid is clearly way too good for the WHL.

Can't wait to see how he performs at the next level.

Awesome.

Looking at Bartschi's stats, size, position, etc it's hard not to think of Alex Tanguay. From anyone who's seen him play is that a reasonable comparable? How physical is Bartschi?

Bartschi is, unusually, nothing like Tanguay. His playing partner, Rattie, is closer. The reason this seems to be occuring is that the Winterhawks love to get the puck to Rattie on the PP. Between the two, Rattie is a playmaker and Bartschi is a gritty sniper.

Bartschi isn't a physical man by any stretch. The closest he really comes is fighting off checks. Defensively, he's not afraid to play in the corners, but won't really excel at it at an NHL level because of his size. He also has a preference for stickchecking over hitting.

That might be Karlsson's swan song in the NHL...if Irving impresses, I'm not sure they're sending him back down. Irving has so little to learn in the last two months of the AHL...he's basically NHL ready right now.

Playoffs. He can learn to win the first round of the playoffs. I want our goalie of the future to know how to win when it counts. 7-8 weeks means Irving should get some starts though. That's good for him.

Tarasenko, Schwartz, Cole, McRae, Allen, Grachev..they have few good prospects...this is a team that traded their former top overall pick last year and another first rounder (Rundblad)...if you present them with a nice offer im sure they'll move anyone.

Probably Bartschi's worst game of the season tonight.

He'll bounce back.

Still ended up second star somehow. Cant read too much into the plus minus without seeing the game, but there are always bumps in the road. I'm sure he'll be better next game.

Justin Dowling has the lone goal for Utah in his return in in a 3-1 loss in Alaska.
Also tied with Paul McIlveen with four shots on goal and was -1 in his return too.

WHL Prospects

Bartschi had one assist in a 4-3 loss.
Elson had the lone goal for Red Deer, I believe it was his first game back from a suspension.
Holland had an assist in a 5-3 win.

Hey guys, I would just like to point out that I wrote an article on what I believe to be the Flames current top ten prospects.

I give a brief overlook of each players game, while adding NHL comparisons and upsides for them as well.

I would like to hear your thoughts, thanks guys
