Does that mean MSG Rising is a Konnect game?

I would assume no, but as you can slice in anyway, possibly.

What ever, Gears 3 gameplay now.

All TreyArch ever does is steal IW ideas, never anything original.
I don't get this complaint. It's the same franchise, they are both owned by Activision. Of course they are going to go for the same things and general style.

IW is a piece of crap anyway after MW2 and the founders tried to jump ship and Activision escorted them out of the building with security.

Good, the biggest liar in the history of video gaming (Peter M) is up now.

Come back Cliff and announce what Beast is.

I agree IW is a piece of crap after MW2, but Treyarch just never has any original ideas that add anything to the series. At least IW tries to add new things (though they ruined the multiplayer, they at least tried). I'll hold my breath for Black Ops, as I like jungle based shooters and the story will be interesting. But it won't be my main shooter ala MW1.

Maybe I'm sounding dated, but I would not enjoy playing Kinnect (lame name btw, they should have stuck with Natal). Part of the fun of video games is being able to press buttons on a controller, or simulate driving with a steering wheel. Waving your hands in the air or pretending like you're driving with thin air does not appeal to me at all.

Pretty meh conference thus far.

What exactly is new about GOW3 and Halo Reach except for more brutal melee kills and slightly better graphics?

MGS Rising and the cutting seems interesting, but I don't know how deep it'll play out as the main gameplay mechanic.

Crytek's new IP seems pretty cool too.

I'm not a big Halo fan, but Reach looks nice.

The Kinetic hand control and voice recognition is pretty cool, but it seems completely unnecessary in the home environment. Hands free isn't that important when you're sitting in your living room.

The tv control is pretty much the only thing about kinect that interests me. pretty slick, I like it. I do fumble for controls often, so I'd use it. Don't have a 360 of course, but it's cool to see.

I agree, I think it is pretty cool it recognizes you and that it can understand you, but is it really that difficult to use a tv remote?

Oh, and the menu looks EXACTLY like the Wii.

God please stop acting. I hate the acting. It's like watching bad karaoke.

Hey, as the demonstrator said "you don't have to remember which button is pause and which is fast-forward anymore."

Cool tech though.

ESPN on 360 seems cool, except for the fact that us Canadians won't get it.

Good, no mention of hockey, damn yanks.

If somehow they released it in Canada I'd buy a 360 just for the college football.

No additional cost, nice. I wonder if you can watch live events too or if you can watch full games rather than just highlights.

They should do a Canadian version with Jay Onrait as the host.
