At least the Different Strokes curse hasn't affected Conrad Bain, who played Phillip Drummond, Arnold's adoptive father.

He was actually born in Lethbrige in 1923?? Wow!

Honestly I'd love that, Id rather have my friends/family telling jokes at my funeral than anything else.

Anytime I travel or close friends do, we always joke; hope your plane crashes! Its just dark humor always appeals to me, I find it hilarious to throw humor or inappropriate comments into serious situations. I've known a lot of death in my family/friends for someone only in their mid 30's but I guess for me I've always had a twisted sense of humor and its a knee jerk reaction to sad events.

Some people deal with death differently, I always joked to my family that only one song be played at my funeral and that was always look at the bright side of death by Monty Python; for a while I thought maybe the benny hill theme song during short breaks of speakers for added comedic affect.

Obviously its not great news, but to me thats funny to say when something bad happens; I wouldn't say great news to his family/friends, but we're all strangers to this situation and its the Internet where people tend to view all news with various ways.

So anyhow, thats what I'm talking about.

I like dark humour too.

I will start. Lets say you just died.

Thor who? Is he that hater guy on CalgaryPuck. Now, he was an idiot. He was so immature that he couldn't tell the difference between sorrow or happiness. Which as we all know made him laugh at funerals. He was so embarassing. At least Gary Coleman had some fame. Not that Thor guy. Did he do anything? Does anybody know?

Who are you saying that too? If it is me I say to you. Perhaps you should keep your offensive comments to yourself. Your attempt at a joke is so incredibly disrespectful.

Alright, the jig is up. This has to be some kind of joke account. Nobody is this serious about everything. And if they were, I find it hard to believe they would continue to participate on a forum where they find everything so offensive. You're like a really bad caricature of some kind of moral crusader.

However, I do find your posts pretty hilarious, and I commend you for your skillful trolling. Your special brand of humour is appreciated by this poster.

I'm with you Thor.

I can never understand when someone in the news dies all these threads pop up and we get the 14 pages of RIP so and so...

I think the same thing...like are these guys gonna be browsing CP from the grave? Somebody know something I don't here?

To each their own I s'pose.

Edit: Here's a classic example what I'm talking about in a thread about to form! http://forum.calgarypuck.com/showthread.php?t=91437

I am not trolling at all. I am offended at two things. One is people making jokes about a person when they die. The other one I won't get into because it has been talked about enough.

So seriously. When you die. Can we make some jokes about you? Will you be offended. How about when you dad dies or something. Do you get it? Do you understand the relationship? These are people some of you are making jokes about.

I try to ignore it as much as possible. But then it just gets to be too much.

Then you tell me to chill. lol. I am actually chill and laughing at you people who make bad bad distasteful jokes and then you get offended when I call you on it. If you are man enough to make the joke be man enough to stand up to be criticism.

I agree. Pretty unclassy to make jokes after the guy has been dead for such a short time.
