Tims has gotten worse over the years. In Red Deer I can count 7 off the top of my head, and the ones on 67th are literally a few blocks from each other. There are only 2 that seem to have consistent product, and both are out of my way and one is without a drive-thru.
I worked in a gas station in my hometown when I was younger, and the owner would recycle coffee. The cheap would NEVER let us dump a pot, and this created all sorts of pain. The complaints from customers, and the complaints from my stomach having to drink that crap all day. My first morning shift with the boss included taking 12 hour old coffee and reheating it for the pots. The same coffee I had made 12 hours earlier during my evening shift.
Poor riggers coming in in the morning for fuel and fresh Joe, and both were terribly watered down. Needless to say, I was making sure coffee at the end of my shift was thrown out so he had to start fresh in the morning. In a 9 hour shift I probably put a new pot on every hour no matter what.
What a cheap POS.
Life's too short for bad coffee.
