I don't like hot drinks whatsover. Has anyone ever had cold green tea ? I also avoid sugar and wondered what this would taste like cold with honey.

I occasionally make some tea then chill it, if you're going to put honey in though make sure you do it while it is still hot.

Does ginger ale with green tea count? That stuff is becoming my fav soft drink lately. I love chucking it into the freezer until it becomes almost slurpee like...oh god is it so good.

As for coffee...I've never really liked it a whole lot, though I do have one or two a month.

Hot tea is good, though I rarely drink any of that either.

My God THIS!

I have taken my husband to the hospital with such symptoms, it is not easy to deal with at all.

If you have the same type problems as he does, be careful with pop drinks as well, they are loaded with caffeine and junk. Also watch for MSG, another very bad culprit, and additives and preservatives.

As for all the people saying green over black tea (despite that this is ridiculous oversimplification) is that green is more raw and black tea is more dried and roasted and has more anti-oxidants destroyed in the process.

Oh I understand that, I did say I don't drink a lot of tea either.

It does have (in some cases significantly) less caffiene though.

Instead of honey, trying mixing it half and half with apple juice.

Green Tea, makes me pee.
Seriously, I usually have one in the afternoon, and shortly after, I have a wicked urge to pee, soon.
