In Ontario you can get the original flavour, and only the original flavour, at Loblaws (which is basically Superstore). Several years ago, they were sold as Arnott's and you could get original, double coat and chewy caramel.

ladies and gentlemen:
while i appreciate being informed about Tim Tams, I specifically want input on cookies only, brands would be helpful too, and those only sold in Calgary area stores, so please try to keep it focused. it is specific to my reasoning and argument...

I don't seem them on the market anymore these days but back in the day there were these things called Tea Biscuits, they were about 4 inches round and an inch and half thick, plain as dirt.

Most boring and uninspired... 'Nilla Cookies
Best... Mallows, Dare Maple Creams (too bad about the Trans Fat) and Danish Butter Cookies (the ones at Christmas time)
What's up rico, anna won't bake for you?

That's sad... the convection makes for kick-ass cookies. You can bake six tray at once if you have enough racks and the trays aren't too big. My wife makes cookies in ours all the time... I'll never lose the gut...
EDIT: You changed your post... You're going to be in trouble!!

For me: Those pre-packaged individual gingerbread men cookies. No flavour...well, they taste like carboard.

It just came to me, they were called Pilot Biscuits, these things were considered a treat for us kids growing up on a isolated fly-in Indian Reserve in Northern Ontario during the late 70's and early 80's.

Hey are Wagon Wheels considered to be a cookie? I dont think they have those in the US, I totally forgot about them until I read this thread. I used to LOVE the caramal flavored ones..yummmy!

It seems as if Wagon Wheels have gone down to about half the size as they used to be, and no, it's not just because I am now twice as big as I used to be.

You've obviously never eaten Dad's brand Oatmeal Cookies.
Boxed shortbread and gingerbread are the worst. Usually stale and bad tasting and crumbly hard as tack.
