Rasmus was a little fat boy drafted from Barrie. There were a lot of haters about his fitness levels. I'm glad he proved them all wrong. Any time you get almost 600 games out of a draft pick is awesome. He was a great player and ambassador for the organization. Will be excited to cheer him on wherever he ends up for the rest of his career.

How funny is this thread going to be in 6 months when we haven't traded Andersson and instead managed to re-sign him for another 8 years? We'll be sitting at the draft table with our 16th overall pick, and TSN will be talking about how Maloney has informed everyone that the Flames are looking to add pieces to the core that finished just outside the playoffs (once again).
