Rumors that Dobson is asking for 10+ a year. Hope he gets moved to Montreal and signs that quickly. Rasmus value can only go up from that, and Bouchards number is gonna keep going up too

Dobson would have more value that Andersson based on age alone. Someone will get the prime years of Dobson. Some team will need to sign Andersson to a contract which will at some stage begin to age badly probably.

Montreal is managed well. My hope is for an overpayment to set the bar high on a Rasmus trade, but given Montreal's stingy management (in a good way), it'll probably be equal.

It would be kind of funny if pick #16 was involved. The Isles would be getting another Flames pick for a player they selected with a Flames pick.

-Travis Hamonic traded for drafts picks, including a mid 1st to the Flames. Islanders use that pick on Noah Dobson
-Sean Monahan traded with a 1st to Montreal in a cap dumb
-Montreal uses that free draft pick to select the player who was selected using another of our 1sts.
