He then retained on Hertle 17.5% or 1.4m for 6 and change seasons.

Losing around 9 million in cash from ownership just thrown away.

But that doesn’t count the loss or a retention spot that that transaction now keeps plugged up for the next 6 years which with a bottom three team should be used for gaining assets each year.

And the loss of value of just trading him as a rental at the deadline and resigning him.

His father doesn’t run Boston Pizza though.

I get that moving around the GTA is a nightmare in most cases, but these two points you've chosen have a direct train between them that takes 25 minutes

I don’t imagine the Leafs are loading up on the train too often.

Flamesfan05 would love love love Toronto. The negative energy is off the charts. They'd fit in so well.

Maybe even unconsciously, users are affected by the former Oilers stench?

Because he's a terrible GM? It might be that.

So it should be for all Canadians who aren't already trapped in those hovels.
Sounds like somebody hasn't been to Sudbury! Sudbury is much worse than all those places, possible exception for Thunder Bay.

I actually live in Windsor, a large portion of it is rough, but the Riverside/Tecumseh portion (where I live, with all the millionaires. No, I am not one of them.) is pretty sweet. And the weather here is really, really good (for Canada!).

I'm a proud Canadian, but having lived for years in Sydney, Australia, I have to say no Canadian city (or American) holds a candle. IMO.

I've lived in TO as well, just a big dirty city, Calgary is clearly better. Aside from having MLB, Toronto is pretty meh.
