He's a north/south player that doesn't have that quick move / quick read angle to his game. He's just not suited to the powerplay.

Winnipeg and Florida both used him on the Powerplay. It's silly to assume that he isn't suited to it merely because of his style of play....He's shown he has a pretty lethal shot and is certainly one of the few players performing this year.
The fact the coaches think there are 6 forwards better suited than him for that role is pretty shocking considering the quality those 6 players are displaying so far.

It so sad that these coaching errors are very obvious to everyone. Honestly I would rather have a CP user coach the Flames because they could do a better job than these 3 stooges.

I see that the game is on SNW tonight (with SN1 and 360, as well as all the local channels showing various other games). Just curious, with Wednesday being a national night, will the blackout be lifted for out of area viewers?
Edit: according to this

there are regional restrictions on the two late games, but none on the early games.
