No, but I am saying that while Wotherspoon has not made any glaring errors, he has not made an impact that suggests to me he has earned a spot. In the defensive zone or anywhere else. He's just been "there". Plenty of veteran AHLers can play mistake free, but you have to have some kind of value added.
I like parts of Wotherspoon's game, especially how his first pass is always on the tape. I'm not remotely expecting him to be an offensive D. But I want to see more impact than I have in his first two preseason games.
