Apparently Johnny is guaranteed to get a career ending concussion in the near future? Got it.

Martin St Louis has played in over 1000 NHL games. Danny Briere will hit that milestone next season. Brian Gionta has 800 NHL games to his name soon. That's just three examples of current players that immediately come to mind. Meanwhile, Eric Lindros was 6'4 and 230 and Chris Pronger was 6'6 and 210, yet those had their careers ended with concussions.
The idea that likeliness of career ending injuries is directly tied to the players' size is ridiculous.

Could probably trade him for Cammy, but we'd have to do it now for it to make sense for the Flames.
Ugh!! That was painful to write

Lindros got concussions because he was small.

Would he improve? probably
Does he the ideal size which Burke/Treliving have wanted? no
would he likely get a career ending injury in the near future? likely at that size
All it takes is a miss spin or a miss move and it's game over for Johnny
Getting another 1st rounder in the deep 2015 draft would be a win. We need to trade now or soon

No doubt this would be against popular opinion on CP (yeah, i've seen all the gifs and fan shops), but lets not forget Treliving's/Burke's Mandate to get bigger and stronger. Keeping a 5'9", 150 pound Johnny is contradictory to their message.
I'd hate to see him get hurt later in the season and have his trade value diminish. Trading him now or within the next 10 games would be the best scenario for the Flames. Although waiting till the trade deadline would maximize a return, it's always risky when you have a player as small as him to remain healthy. Imagine getting a 1st rounder (and possibly more) from a guy we drafted in the 4th round
Which would be the team Johnny could fit well with and what would be a realistic return from that team?
Discuss!

The thread subject itself is so stupid that it needn't ever be discussed. So I guess I'll throw in on the troll shaming, not that a troll minds that he's being shamed. They actually revel in it.

My money is on this is an Oiler troll. With Hall going down, the Canucks playing decent (for now) and Toronto fans being so self-centered this is definitely an Oilers troll. Even their trolls are no good.
