Nash always has controversial non-goals at the Olympics.

I think I remember in Torino he put the puck into Gerber's glove but Gerber's glove was behind the goal line but they ruled it no-goal

I think if you really get down to the top of the net is right at the same level of the crossbar. If the rule is the stick has to be ABOVE the crossbar then I don't know if its a highstick even if he touches the puck.
