This medical advice comes from listening to a grand total of one podcast, but I believe one of the issues with Ozempic is that it can really kill your muscle strength, so it can really #### you over in the long run if you don't train to combat that.

I think I'll only need to take it for month or two. Don't have far to go. I should be good. I like to exercise, so I should be okay.

You literally know more about Ozempic than me, though, just based off that one sentence. I find if you research this sht too much it just scares you into not using it.

I was willing to not do it because of Photon's story. Then he said I should be fine with a low dose, so now I'm good again. Trying not to overthink it.

If you don’t see results with ozempic I’ve had friends who lost a ton of weight by developing a cocaine habit. You can even substitute meth in a pinch.

Well a low dose of Ozempic will have less chance of being disagreeable, and if it is disagreeable it'll likely be low enough to not have a big dehydration problem.. though it might also be low enough to not have any discernible effect. Generally takes a few months to get up to a dosage that it has the desired effect of making digestion slower thus reducing hunger and calorie intake causing a calorie deficit and weight loss.

But that's in general not sure what it is like for people that are already almost all the way to a beach bod maybe it'll be more effective at a lower dose (seems plausible). I'm sure the medical ppl will have dosages appropriate for you and any negative reaction likely won't involve hospitals and many litres of saline IVs.

Haha, nah, I'm kidding about being close to a beach bod. I do need to lose 20 pounds for sure. And that'll get me to content; not beach ready.

I will be mindful of your warning, though. Good reminder to take this stuff seriously. That must have been an awful experience.

I've had shingles. Nothing is an awful experience compared to shingles.

Get your vaccines you near-50 year olds!!!

But yeah it kinda sucked for a few weeks as I went back and forth with doses and trying things until I finally just stopped taking it (I was only a month out from my bariatric surgery anyway, kinda miffed at them for even messing with my dose I should have just ignored the suggestion to increase it).

I lost about 25 pounds while on Ozempic, it definitely made it easier to stick to the plan with meals and such and eat more reasonable portion sizes and made it easier to manage blood sugars.

If this is true you shouldn't be ordering anything off the internet, much less medication.

The only research you need to do on Ozempic is watch the Southpark documentary on it.

What demonry is this?!? Some beautifully glowing spherical object in the sky with bright blue all around it. The Aten has come for us for our blasphemous ways!
