The ocean thing is silly because if both countries moved their population to the other, they’d have even more power.
Their labor is far less productive than Canadian labor. And now they have a population problem.
But they don’t react emotionally.
Lol. Think of what would be more threatening to the US, President Xi being able to stand 1 cm from the border with the Chinese military or Canadians squabbling about imposing a carbon tax on themselves and getting to 2% GDP military spending by the time half of us are dead. The ocean is not a threat to them.

Where are the people who were fawning over them for spending their vacation with Trump and jumping up and down at the chance to be at his inauguration now?
The UCP has active Trump supporters right to the top. People would do well to remember that.

I dont see how he is going to back down from tariffs. He is either to going to maintain or escalate. He wont undermine himself by going back on it now.

Irving Energy, the company that provides propane/fuel oil customers in New England, says it will pass on the full 10% tariff cost to all their customers immediately.
In their letter to customers they explain that the tariff is a tax and is being imposed by the US govt.

I’m quite aware of how ratios work sugar tits, quit pretending to be an offended liberal. Doesn’t really hold up to your brand.

It's surprising how easy it is to adapt to other cities, regions, countries. Left hand drive, right hand drive, meters, miles, food, customs, languages, dress, weather.
After a day and a half it's practically normal. Probably the best feature humans have.

So basically you are explaining to me that there are major fundamental differences between China and Canada, so much so that they aren't even comparable other than both being nation states that trade with the USA.
Thank you.

Your point was that they aren't comparable because they're an ocean away and their economy is better. I addressed both.
You're welcome.

Will the 10% China tariffs destroy the Chinese economy?
No?
Will the 25% Canadian tariffs destroy the Canadian economy?
Maybe? Yes?
And you can’t figure out why one response might be more emotional?
And then furthermore setting all the above aside are you even sure the Chinese aren’t reacting emotionally? Is there a Beijingpuck somewhere we can check the pulse where they communicate in English? Are you fluent in Mandarin? How the F do you know they aren’t reacting?
