Have you seen anyone genuinely complain about this? Even/odd watering restrictions have been imposed many times in this city, going back decades, and I’ve never come across anyone getting pissed about them.

Still not allowed to use power washer for car/try out the rain gutter cleaner I purchased. Another week to go I guess...

My landscaping isn't in any dire shape, so I was waiting for these restrictions to lift over the watering ones. But I wonder if more people watering lawns will help with the extra dust and pollen that seems to be on everything this summer.

Cleaning gutters should be fine if you have any concerns about them being clogged
