Silo is fcuking horrible.

Slow Horses starts strong then dips, lets hope the next episode is a redemption

Severance, Bad Sisters, Shrinking, The Studio all are good. Although I will say season 2 of Bad sisters felt really forced.

Watch Studio last night on Prime. I'm hooked, but now realize that's a bait and switch, and it's on Apple. Joke's on them, I'm not buying another service. To the High Seas for this show.

The ending of episode 4 broke me as a father though. I cried pretty hard.
We just watched this as well and it was worth the hype. The acting is pretty incredible to be able to do that wide range of emotions in a single take. The pacing of the show is also very interesting because of the continuous shot.

The story hit home for me too as a father of two small kids. They are too young for social media right now, but I already worry about the impact of it in the future. The last episode especially really plays on the insecurities I think many of us have as parents.

I've told a few non-AppleTV holders lately to bite the bullet and get the channel for a few months.

Hell, even cancel your netflix during that time as it barely produces good content nowadays

I'm sure the new season of Black Mirror will tell us all about it!

Missing Black Bird, Shining Girls, The After Party, Lisey's Story, and Presumed Innocent, all of which I enjoyed.

Black Bird and Shining Girls in particular were both incredible one-offs.

EDIT: How the hell is Black Bird not even on that mashable list? Incredible oversight.

Late to the party, but I started Invincible over the weekend. S1 was an absolute banger, that first episode had me hooked.

I'm about halfway through S2... it's gotten a little stale, I feel like some of the momentum from S1 was lost. Not sure anyone else felt the same way. I'm hopeful things will pickup again anyway.

My wife and i practically beat it into our 11 year old's brain to be smart online. Don't click random stuff, don't use real pictures, don't use real names, don't talk to anybody you don't know. if you have ANY questions, never be afraid to talk to us. We will never judge you. Just ask. We are very lucky with him, but it is always front of mind, given how things are in this world.

I'd recommend my wife watch the show, but then my kids would never leave the house again. lol.

Overall a pretty good show, but there are definite ebbs and flows.

I find myself getting super frustrated with Mark's whininess at times, but then I have to pause to realize he's basically a teenager or young adult throughout all of this turmoil and then it becomes understandable again.

S3 was off-the-charts.

Ignoring plot, S2 doesn't "feel" right, because they moved on from Maven Studios for the animation to some cheap Korean workhouse.

S3 used multiple studios (including Maven) and feels much better as a result.

Unless you are crazy about Love is Blind... (choose one of probably 30+ different countries), there isn't really anything new on Netflix

So I enjoyed the first episode and I’m going to stick with it. Rogan tones down his whole schtick enough that the writing comes through. Koolaid movie + Jonestown is inspired.

It truly has gone the route of crap TV shows for people who want to play on their phone with TV in the background.

There are some really interesting interviews of show runners essentially being told they have to beat the audience over the head with certain story lines because we are always half paying attention.

Netlfix is the OG, and always the first one people go to when looking for "something to watch" but it's really fell off and is being passed by Apple, Disney, even Crave (HBO) for good content.

There are some decent or watchable "prestige" shows still, but they don't compare to Apple at this point - as that list mentioned.

And i do find their prestige shows to feel a bit off... I don't know why, whether its for international audiences or a more global appeal, but shows like American Primeval, The Diplomat, Zero Day, etc. all just have a weird, cheesy feel to them.

Netflix bread and butter seems to be documentaries and some of the true crime stuff.
