I wouldn't do that if I were him. Just take the medicine and move on. Plus there's a chance it could get even worse for him should the appeal not go well.

Yes when you say it was because he was mad about a call...there wasn't even a hotly contested call that game anyway.

Him and Wideman were laughing about it during the TV timeout. Guys lawyer was an ambulance chaser.

Doctors, arbitrator, and the courts sided with Wideman...the clip looks bad I will grant you but you need to dig deeper. Linesman ended up having to pay Wideman and the Flames legal fees lol

When an "in-person" hearing is scheduled, the player is suspended until the decision is rendered. That's one reason they don't rush to schedule the in-person hearings as quickly as the telephone ones.
