The coaches main priority is to win, not develop young players.

The problem with not enough young players on the roster is because the GM has too many veterans on the team that can perform as well or better than the prospects.

With Flames in a win-now mindset rather than building mindset, young players being promoted isn't as high if a priority.

I get what your saying, but that's more a Treliving/organizational issue than Sutter I would say. If you really want him to be playing a handful of the young prospects (and too be fair he has been since there's been now 5 players from the A that have played this season), then don't give him a choice by having older options.
