Yeah, and that's been my whole argument. I'm not saying it isn't in the game, I'm saying it shouldn't be. Players accept it because they have to. What if they didn't? What if you chose to do it you also accepted that it was an automatic 2 game suspension?

Almost everything about hockey separates it from other sports. I don't see why fighting does any more so, or would make any difference in how unique hockey is if it disappeared.

Anyway, that's the end of my ranting on the topic for the thread. Back to the game.
