I seem to recall something about a posthumous post as well.

Correct?
Correct. We also give management extra time to plot and adjust strategy.

If we have quick moves they will have a harder time adapting. That's my opinion anyway.

I think you get 1 after death post, but I'm not sure what content is allowed.

Maybe Mazrim can reply to that, since it might be benificial to a few of us? Are we allowed to give details and theories, or is it more of a goodbye and good luck kind of thing?

The longer we wait the more chance we get to gather information via posts in this thread, which may or may not be useful information.

The other option is truth through death.

Waiting vs lynching really seems like a double edged sword.

Yes it does. However, we hit gold in the last go round. I wonder if this is a case of going with your gut in the early part of the game?

Quite possibly, I believe someone said it's very lucky to lynch management on the first day.

If we wait longer than we need to we give more time for management to cast doubt and we create a ton of noise (useless posts) that will make it harder to evaluate posters as the game advances.

I think we give it long enough for all players to weigh in and then push the vote.

I can work with that approach.

That was me

Based on numbers and the nature of the secrecy of the mafia, it's rather fortunate to get one on day one.

For the newer players, please understand that we WILL lynch a player at some point. It's next to impossible to play a perfect game

Don't be discouraged if we do. Just remember... The only truth is in death.

After my reasons stated yesterday and sleeping on it I am still leaning towards CC, therefore I will be # 8 for the deadline lynch. I may still change thought the day.

Its kind of funny because I'm being targeted because I'm kind of off, that's ok, part of the hilarity is if this goes through and because as I've said, I'm a player its going to be a hard first couple of days.

I mean, at this point, I'm not going to change my vote, just based on what some other people have said, I do believe that Hunting Whale is management, so I'm voting for someone that I clearly believe is management.

That's my sop to you, my fellow players, I'm trying to point the way, but, and let me just set up this NHLPA flag behind me and cue the patriotic music.

But if I should fall this day as a junior member, and I at least point the way towards the murderous Management team that hates puppies and children and spits on the flag, then I go to my grave happily.

We currently only need 8 for a deadline lynch though.

So why are you 'off'? What's the deal?
