Hello all,
First up, thanks for all the help you guys have given me. Currently 4-2 in my league.
Got this proposal -
I give:
B. Bortles and D. Thomas
I get:
N. Foles and J. Thomas
I still have the following:
QBs - Big Ben and Kirk Cousins
WRs - K. Benjamin, B. Quick, M. Wallace
RBs - A. Bradshaw, A. Williams, R. Jennings, C. Ivory
TEs - J. Graham
K - D. Bailey
DEF - Lions
I think adding J. Thomas is massive and once J. Graham is healthy, I can have him in the flex spot or trade one of the two TEs to get a legit RB (my RBs are poor). Losing B. Bortles is not a big issue, as I have Cousins to cover for Foles' bye week. Losing D. Thomas is pretty huge as he has been extremely good. But I do have Benjamin and Quick who are the only options on offence for their respective teams. I think I can bear the loss of D. Thomas.
What you think?

Youre getting 2 impact players for 1 and you need QB help. You can also handle it without D. Thomas. So yes make the trade.

2 questions for this week:
I have D. Thomas (@ SF), M. Sanu (@IND), J. Maclin (BYE), J. Edelman (v.NYJ), P. Harvin (@STL). With Harvin's struggles, I assume I go with Thomas, Sanu, Edelman this week?
Secondly, Ahmad Bradshaw (v.CIN) or Lamar Miller (@CHI) as my RB2 behind Lynch?

Lol, I just had to double check that I wasn't resurrecting a thread from last year. You make that trade 100% of the time without thinking.
The dumpster-fire Bortles is a FA in my league, and Julius is not only on pace to smash Gronk's TE record... he could even pass Randy Moss' all-time record at the clip he's going at.
Demaryius may net you slightly more per night in a PPR, but throwing Graham to a flex spot is about as big a monster as you can have on flex.
I'm currently in hate with Quick after Monday (I lost by 1 point. One.), but he'll hold a decent WR3 most nights (except this week, he'll be trash); and Wallace will do fine. If LaFell is still around and you can spare the spot, he might be worth the stash. Brady seems to be turning this year around looking to him, and that can only mean great things for LaFell.
Do it yesterday.

Harvin is on my bench this week.
Sanu might have it tough against Indy, but with them fearing the run against the monster duo they have, Dalton will only be looking at Sanu all night. Boom or bust really, but I'm banking on him having a monster night.
Definitely Thomas, Sanu and Edelman. Against the Jets, Brady is going to be sprinkling fantasy points all over the field tomorrow night.
And Bradshaw. Running against Cincy, and IMO a better RB... Bradshaw gets the edge for me.

Having a hard time figuring our my lineup for this week, any help is appreciated.
Standard format scoring
2 WR's
1 Flex (RB/WR)
WR's on my roster include:
Michael Crabtree playing in Denver
Brian Quick playing at home against Seattle
Roddy White in Baltimore
Malcom Floyd at home against KC
Pierre Garcon at home against the Titans
I'm also considering playing Joique Bell at home against the Saints in my flex spot (particularly if Bush doesn't play again)
thoughts?

Harvin hasn't been that bad, he had 3 TD's taken away by penalties 2 weeks ago. Wilson is looking for him and he is the go to receiver. Stick with him! I'm seeing a breakout game from him. Thomas, Sanu and Harvin.
I'd go with Lamar Miller behind Lynch.

Crabtree and Garcon are WR's and Quick at your flex spot.

Crabtree or Decker
Since Decker is on Revis island I am leaning towards Crabtree

Brady vs the Jets or Rodgers vs the Panthers.
I'm torn because the Panthers have either been god awful or lit it up (used to by my defence).
I'm also considering trading away my whole team. I'm 1-5 and it's a statistical improbability. If I was playing in a rotisserie scoring league, I'd be 3rd, but I keep having my matchups have unreal games against me.

Would you make this trade:
16 team league current roster:
Qb Rivers
Rb: Hill, Mcfadden, Deangelo Williams, Matt Asiata (FU AP)
WR: Vincent Jackson, Mike Wallace, Torey Smith, Odell Beckham, Allen Hurns
TE : GRONK
Give up:
Vjax, Beckham, Hurns
Get: Chris Ivory, Ryan Matthews, Wes Welker

Good upgrade on RB but, wow, you'd be left with 4 WRs. Wouldnt be too bad because welker and wallace already had their byes? Smith and Allen byes are 10/11 so if you wanna take a risk and hope for no injuries.
edit: nm thought you had keenan allen.. nm. 3 WR?

I'd do it. Chris Ivory is all but secured the running back role in NY and is doing pretty well with it. Wallace, Smith and Welker is a decent tandem and you will get an actual starting running back

Crabtree, White and... Floyd?
Quick could break through, but he's going to be in tough if he gets Sherman; and if the 2nd half of last game was any indication... Davis a) doesn't like throwing to Quick at all and b) has the ability to throw nowhere near receivers for entire quarters. Maybe a week of reps will help these two find chemistry, but Quick is riding my bench until I see anything. I don't see Davis risking throwing at Sherman.
Floyd has the ability to smash weeks, but I'm also waiting for his big goose egg. KC is an unlikely place for it to happen, but it'll happen some week.
Garcon put up unremarkable numbers against an Arizona defence that hemorrhages points to WRs, so I don't expect much this week.
So Crabtree, White and boom or bust Floyd.

Flip a coin. Both have wide open defence to throw to, both are elite and both have tons of options. Both of them are going to explode.

Even on a 16 team league that leaves you with a pretty shaky WR roster. Though the only player worth getting excited about is Ivory, you're still getting good value on that trade... I just wouldn't want to be marching in each week with Wallace as your WR1.
Beckham is also just getting started. His value is only going to go up. See if he'll bite on Asiata and/or Smith on that trade as both of those guys are potentially (Asiata for sure) plunging as weeks go by (I'm not convinced Smith will be a week-to-week safe start).

Didn't expect Jimmy Graham to be active.
Should I start him or Ahmad Bradshaw in my flex spot? My other TE is Orange Julius.
Graham likely won't play lots of snaps, likely a red zone threat. Also Saints playing on the road against a beast Detroit defense.
Thoughts?

Keep Thomas as TE and Bradshaw as flex. You're right! I don't think Jimmy plays many snaps at all. I'm leaving him on the bench as well.
