We binged Season 1 again right before we watched S2E1, it was a good idea.
Yeah I wish I did as it took me half the episode to get back up to speed.

I love the show From- creepy as hell, some gore, lots of WTF is going on for the first season. Well done and captivating. Highly recommended.

Some questions are slowly answered, some bigger ones by the end of season 3, lots remain going into season 4. Will be interesting to see the arc of the show and how they bring it all together. Unfortunate that there won't be a new season until 2026, but I'll be tuning in.

Other than short segments I never watched Lost, so can't comment on similarities.

Interesting, he doesn't usually work under his real name...

I just started watching Jack Reacher and got through season 1. I have to admit I never thought the guy that played Thad in Blue Mountain State could pull this off.

I love the casual violence. I thought Tom Cruise was miscast as Reacher in the movies. This is the perfect casting.

I watched season 1 - there’s a lot to like, but Ian Grimm is so unlikable. Will take off his shirt at every opportunity.

But he is likably unlikable.

The character feels a bit like Dennis Reynolds in that way.

Neither my wife and I are gamers but we enjoy this show (we are not a couple of episodes into season 3).

Mrs Brown’s Boys is a cliched sitcom but it’s actually funny.

2 episodes in and I am not into American Primeval at all. Apart from a bunch of women getting their throats slashed I'm not sure I could tell you what happened in episode 2 at all.

You liked watching Sara complain about everything?

American Primeval should really be called Two Incredibly Annoying Women In The Wild West.
The violence is gratuitous.

The rest of it is good, especially Bridger and Two Moons.

Warning, swearing.

First season was pretty funny, I went in with low expectations.

Yeah, those characters made some incomprehensible decisions along the way (and the violence is certainly gratuitous), but I thought the good easily outweighed the bad.

See that the new season of 24 is out on Prime, or maybe it has been and I haven’t noticed.

Did anyone watch "Party Down" when it was airing? Came across it today via some Actor searches on IMDB. Looks like it would be pretty entertaining.

Also, my partner has been telling me to watch Brooklyn Nine-Nine forever. She's watched it through twice and it's one of her comfort shows. Well I finally started watching it (with her, so this will be her third watch!) and yeah, it's hilarious. That's probably a duh statement, but glad to be finally watching it.

Brooklyn 99 and Superstore are definitely 2 of my favorite "newer" series.

Total comfort shows.

I already LIVED THIS!! Why dost thou torture me so???

Whoever made that show is a sadist. A sadist who worked in a retail store.

I caught it a year or two after it aired. Definitely entertaining, it's kind of got that Clerks vibe going on. The recent revival season was OK, not as good as the original run but still worth watching.

I feel like Party Down could have been a bigger hit on a different network. But it died so Parks and Rec could live, so I'm ultimately OK with that tradeoff.
