I figured Oling trapped us into moving onto you. When Diss moved first and Oling went MIA I realized we were so screwed. We had to move to you to keep Diss alive and then Oling walks away without a threat of being lynched.
I still have no clue how the hell Timbo and I managed to move that vote with a minute late. That was stressful.

No worries. Drunk Aeneas would have told you, "Oling is the godfather."
Then the town would lynch someone else anyway!

Hey, that pirate thing kinda worked out for me.
Nothing like writing a sea shanty at 2am, full insomniac and a little out of it on migraine medication. I think I giggled myself silly writing it at the time, read it the next morning and realized it wasn't half bad, lets go with it.

When you all read the spectator thread, you will find each one of the town was shocked to find out HG was mafia. He played a fine game.

Ya, sorry again. I actually made that text shortly after the deadline with a drunk in the back of the car. Not kidding.

Yeah those were the best posts. You can thank my recent One Piece binge for coming up with that PR.
Oh yeah, so I tried to give you a one shot governor even though you had one. That's because I completely missed the part about you having one. I wasn't really paying attention to this game at certain times.
yep

The rewind plan worked well, we needed the town to lynch formulate since we tried and failed to night kill him. Me being "verified" town was a big win though.

Okay so that GGG and Rathji kill. What was the deal on that?

Crazy Bacon Legs started the game as the Guardians, and just as he decided to step up the crazy, he had to step out for personal reasons. Big thanks to him for stepping up at the start, though, and huge thanks to BigC for taking over on short notice! His third party posts in a previous game elsewhere are legendary.

We blocked Timbo's doctor, Diss' doctor was fake (message sent by Girly) so GGG should have died then but Mazrim forgot we blocked Timbo and said the kill failed.
He said he could kill GGG right then or wait until the next night, so we said wait.

I think I got the shortest Guardian "invite" of all. No power, "sucks to be you" threat. Who was that?

Yup, that was a big mistake on the GGG kill. It worked out in the mafia's favour in the end because of the confusion it caused, but it was not ideal of course.

I think the message speaks for itself.
"too lazy to write an elaborate invite"

Just one more thing I was 100% truthful with the town and they still lynched me.

Thanks to Maz for a fabulously fun experience, and congrats to BigC.
I was asked by Maz to play a role as basically a cult in this game and went about creating the Eternals, it was fun finding the snake cult symbol and all of the english to latin sayings, I had a blast playing a timeless group dedicated to an orderly society ruled by the strong.
It was tough granting gifts because frankly there seemed to be so many powers and random failures that I was recruiting people only to watch them die.
I started off with some strong role plays and then went to the straight notes as a frustrated dark power.
To be honest, I was trying to encourage a lot of killing, that's why I kept throwing out killing powers.
I had a long debate with myself about giving a night vote power a few days ago which could have really helped one side or the other, but I'm kind of an instant gratification guy.
I kept wondering where the concept of the whole public discussion around membership came from and the whole disclosure of powers. I mean personally I probably would have lied a lot more if I was in your place to move protections off of targets.
It was too bad the arson power didn't work, that's an amazing power to me as is the Ninja power.
Anyways, I had a blast, I hope you all enjoyed reading the messages that I sent out, I probably gave myself away with my writing style.
My goal was more about adding color to the game and having fun with it then anything else, but BigC did a great job.
Loved the basketball analogy at the end.
Thanks to everyone and thanks to Maz for another amazing game.
