No new foreign deals doesn't mean no new foreign deals with existing properties apparently.
The Trump Organization will press ahead with multimillion-dollar plans to expand one of the president-elect’s golf resorts in Scotland, despite its apparent pledge to halt new investments overseas.
Trump officials said the plans for the Trump International Golf Course Scotland in Aberdeenshire – likely to immediately involve extending its boutique hotel and building a second 18-hole golf course – did not conflict with his promise not to pursue new or “pending” deals outside the US.
“Implementing future phasing of existing properties does not constitute a new transaction so we intend to proceed,” a Trump Organization spokeswoman told the Guardian.

To be fair this deal is 8 years old and not complete, I can't see why anyone would expect him/his company to just trash projects like this over his $1.00 a year job.

Because that's what every other President has been prepared to do, because its a massive point of leverage over the US if their leader has property all over the world!

Yeah sure, but what other president had even close to the property/business worldwide that Trump has?

None, far as I know. Of course, no other president has been as sleazy, greedy, and untrustworthy.
He has lived and operated and based his entire life on greed, and has never even bothered to pretend otherwise. There is no doubt he will use his position to make money for himself, consequences and ethics be damned.
He would call anyone who didn't do the same a loser.
We know he's a crook. We know he's 70 years old. He's not going to stop being a crook now.

Its incredible to watch all these people ignore all the obvious signs that Trump is indeed under strong influence of the Russians, his secretary of state choice, his staff, his dealings with the Russians in the past and of course Trumps own denying he even knew Putin to bragging about his relationship with him...
I even see it with die hard Bernie supporters who see this as just another way to help Hillary not look as bad or something stupid like that.
