Well Stallworth is out for a few weeks here and Mason is getting up there in age. So the Ravens likely will benefit from adding Housh as a #2 and let Mason be a number 3 guy. Even Boldin is more of a big tough fight it out in the tough area's receiver as opposed to a field stretching burner. They should have a pretty good offence this year as their line is solid, Ray Rice is a stud, and now they have a lot better talent at the WR position for the big armed Flacco to work with. I think they're with the Colts in terms of top teams in the AFC. That Monday nighter with the Jets should be a gooder.

They were a team to watch before that. I don't care if they have a suspect secondary or not, that team can put up points now and teams will be hard pressed to out defense them.

I hate the Ravens with a passion, but they might be the second best team in the AFC.

Hours after signing T.J. the Ravens have traded Mark Clayton to St.Louis for a late round draft pick.

Now there is some question about Julius Jones' status. Specifically, whether he was actually cut or whether he has been re-signed.

Edit: Apparently he restructured his contract and was never cut.

Niners just released Nate Davis. That is kind of strange, to keep him on the 53 then release him today.

Singletary has singled him out lately for not doing enough during the offseason, but that makes the timing of this a bit more strange.

Edit: Apparently the Niners like Troy Smith.
