After my embarrassing fielding of last night, I humbly request the management remove me from SS and assign me to the outfield next week.

All I choose to remember is our batting.

We scored 7 runs a couple of times. The team batted well.

It's a team game, Slava, we win or lose as a team.

Of course, at times last night, we just weren't sure what team you were on!

This is supposed to be Cowboy's first week so there will be sitting.

Make sure we have enough girls so if one has to sit for some reason we arent playing short-handed. Can we bring Angie out of retirement?

I'll be there, might have to organize something to watch the Brazil vs Ivory Coast game though.

I suppose I should post, and tell everyone that I fractured my ankle May long stepping in a gopher hole camping. The muscle actually tore the bone. So I either have strong muscles or weak bones, cause usually its the muscle that tears. Anyhow, I don't think it's all that bad, I can walk, just not run. So I could play catcher. Batting, I'm not sure, I could hit, fast walk to the base, then if I make it have a pinch runner do the rest of the work. I still think I'd be faster then most of the team. LOL. I'm just kiding.

However, if we have extra men, I'd just sit. I realistically should be wearing a cast, but the doc advised me construction boots should suffice, as long as I'm careful and don't roll my ankle.

We will be short girls tonight. Must be Father's day or something, but I haven't been able to get a spare for Larissa; of course this is only assuming Chid is not attending.

I will continue to try but may have had all options dried up.

If anyone can get someone, post here.

I do have a maybe (on her way home from Edmonton) but she doesn't think she'll make it in time.
