Peyton is gonna have a lot of fun this season. 3 deadly WRs along with 2 solid TE options. Plus if running game is there, the field should be extremely wide open to him.
If Broncos pick up Asomugha as well, this Free Agency couldn't have gone any better.

Patriots indeed sign Amendola, 5 years and $31 million. In a surprise Cliff Avril to the Seahawks. Jesus the Seahawks and 49ers are in an arms race it seems.

Pass rushers and corners finding its a very soft market for them so far. I wonder how many more of them will sign one and two year deals.

At least one more pass rushing DE will likely sign in Denver. Doom will be cut before Saturday if he doesn't restructure and it's not looking like he will.

And what a great move that was for Denver to get Welker. Not only do they get a top reciever, but they take one away from one of their biggest competition. NE still has weapons and since added another reciever, but Welker was one of Brady's main targets. Taking him off NE is a huge mistake for them IMO cause that was something that worked well. Brady has every reason to be mad.

Walker should kill it with Manning passing him the ball.
I like the signings so far because it is looking more and more like Detroit can get Milliner.
Unless Philly fans think they will still take him.
Hoping the Jones signing takes Detroit away from DE but I know nothing about him.

It's too bad Dumervil is going to be cut. He's willing to take less money this year but he wants it added onto his next two years, not gonna happen
I'm pretty meh on DRC, I don't trust him as a top 2 CB and Harris is great as a nickel guy

Tampa Bay Buccaneers management, all the way up to the Glazer family that owns the team, is fully on board with trading for New York Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis, multiple sources told Yahoo! Sports on Wednesday. That includes paying Revis what is considered an acceptable salary.
The hold up, for now, is what the Jets are willing to accept in a trade. The Buccaneers don't want to relinquish their first-round pick in next month's NFL draft. Tampa Bay holds the No. 13 overall pick.
While the trade price for a star player was set this week with the Seattle Seahawks giving up a first- and a seventh-round this year and a third-round pick in 2014, the Bucs aren't willing to match that deal exactly, a team source said. The big difference is that Seattle's first-round pick this year was No. 25 overall, far less valuable than Tampa Bay's first selection.
The same Bucs source indicated Tampa Bay might be more willing to surrender its 2014 first-rounder, gambling that next year's selection won't be as high if the team improves. The Buccaneers have already made a significant play in free agency to improve by signing safety Dashon Goldson to a reported five-year, $41.25 million deal.
As for why the Jets, who declined to comment, might be better off with a first-round pick next year, it's highly possible the team may have to make a change at quarterback and perhaps head coach after the 2013 season. More draft picks in 2014 might give the Jets the ammunition to make a trade, if necessary, for a higher pick depending on how many quarterbacks are available in the 2014 draft. For instance, Teddy Bridgewater of Louisville is projected by many analysts to be a first-round pick next year and Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Manziel of Texas A&M could also declare for the draft.

If Fox can motivate DRC, you just got one of the the best CBs in the league. Dude is a freak athletically.

Sounds like the Eagles are going to take one of Jordan or Fisher. Milliner should still be there for the Lions unless the Eagles trade down.

For you Eagle fans, you have a gem in Isaac Sopoaga.
Here is an article about him from January.
http://www.49ers.com/news/article-2/...a-26cf4a55a433
One of the interesting things about him:
Quote:
Sopoaga displays his deep throws every day to start practice, typically warming up with fellow defensive linemen with cross-field throws. At Thursday’s availability, Sopoaga estimated he could throw the ball 70-73 yards standing still and 80-85 yards with a running start. According to defensive tackle Ray McDonald, Sopoaga was clocked throwing a baseball at 95 miles per hour.

There is a youtube clip somewhere of him proving how far he can throw a football

I don't think DRC will be much more than he is, flashes of brilliance with a healthy sprinkling of lackluster, disinterested play. Tons of talent but no heart.
Like the Eagles moves so far but I would like to see them get Ricky Jean-Francois for more size and versatility up front. Wouldn't mind Connor Barwin as well. One more veteran CB on the cheap and possibly a quality backup RT or LT and I think the Eagles are done in free agency.

Have a hard time judging the players on the Eagles the last two seasons.
Something about the make up of that team was just rotten and it's hard to judge the individuals since the team was just so bad overall.

Shawn Smith signs in KC...Matt Cassell released.
Greg Jennings in Minnesota for a visit....down to them and Green Bay apparently.
GB also negotiating with Stephen Jackson. He would bring a dynamic that AR has never had.
