Dorsey was misused in KC, and suffered from bad coaching and several changes. Not saying he'll be a Pro Bowler, but he'll easily replace what they had in Ricky Jean-Francois.

Sure looks that way, but Kaepernick and Wilson, as running QBs, are more likely to suffer injuries that could hold them back. There's also the chance for defenses to adapt to them with more game film. Realistically the final four this year in the NFC (Atlanta and Green Bay as well) are still the 4 best teams in the NFC, and I'd expect them to be battling it out again

If there's one thing I've learned about the NFL, it's to never pick the SB teams during the offseason. Remember how crappy everyone thought the NFC West would be two years ago? Remember how Houston was supposed to wipe the floor with AFC in September? Remember the 2011 Eagles?
The Rams have a very stingy defense and were sneaky good this year. They've got a good young RB, and that O-line is slowly being rebuilt. Give Bradford some WRs (Jennings or Cruz?) and they can contend with the Niners and Seahawks.
AFC South should interesting this year as well. Titans have made some solid offseason moves that could put them in the conversation with Indy and Houston.
I'm not even counting out the Eagles yet this year. I still think there's a good shot Kelly goes with Foles and builds an offense around McCoy and Brown. If that offensive line comes back healthy and they can get a few more pieces on defense, the playoffs aren't totally out of the question. Realistically, I think they're probably a 7-9 team, but who knows.
The only teams I'm pretty sure are going to be awful this year are the Jets, Raiders, Jags, Bills, and Chargers.

Ravens have apparently reached out to James Harrison. Please let that happen, the hilariousness of seeing Raven fans embrace him and Steeler fans call him a dirty player would be outstanding.

As a Dolphins fan I hope you're right. They won't be great, but they'll be decent and the D looks elite (assuming they get a CB). If the Jets and Bills are both brutal they could easily snag a Wildcard, and from there you never know (actually I know, I'm a Dolphins fan, they'll get crushed).

Wes Welker has agreed to terms with the Denver Broncos, per team source.

Agreed to terms on a 2-yr deal with Wes Welker. Excited to have Wes join the Broncos. His production & toughness will be a great asset!

unbelievable. Huge mistake imo for the Pats. And he only signs a 2 year contract.
I hope Brady is wondering why the heck he restructured his deal??

Im not too worried that Welker is gone...yes he has been very reliable over the last number of years, but he seems to have lost his playoff mojo. Time for someone different to work with Tom.

Amendola is a Welker clone, except younger and likely cheaper. I expect the Patriots to make a strong push for him.
Also the four teams after Asomugha: 49ers, Broncos, Cardinals and Texans.

Spoke to someone close to Tom Brady. Beyond enraged at contract details that netted Broncos Wes Welker. "Disgrace" "disservice" were used.

I like the moves by the Eagles so far. Nothing flashy, but solid players being brought in. A couple more players in free agency, and a good, smart draft will go a long way.

They've been in a cap friendly position all off season.
