An at work morning dump or an at home morning dump.
Yes it matters, at least to me.

At work. Why would I wake up early or make myself late to take a dump when I could take a worry free dump at work?
I poo at 10 am every day. Like an old man.

Maybe you get up early to work out or run before getting ready for work.
I could see bringing a coffee to the bathroom at home, but a public work one is gross, and I am not a germ nut. But there are far too many surfaces with poopoo and peepee on them for my liking.
Get in, drop your business, wash your hands, leave.

The worst thing about pooping at work is having to rub a handful of the sawdust that they pass off as toilet paper against your ####### afterwards.
It's a far step down from the elegance of Royale kitteny soft that my butt gets at home.

I don't know how dirty the washrooms are.
I do know that more than once, I have heard people finish up and walk out no washing.

Next wing night grab a bunch of those individually wrapped wet wipes. Keep them in your desk drawer and bring them to the can with you.
If I don't have a wet wipe with me after taking care of business, I will immediately leave wherever I am and go home for a shower. Gotta keep yourself clean yo.

I have two questions, neither are mannered enough for CP. You shouldn't need a wet nap for wiping. You must have a thick shag rug between the cheeks or greasy nasty poops.

If he's stocking up on ass wipe at wing joints, it's likely the latter.

Overrated. However the Thailand style spray nozzle is awesome once you get used to it.

Oh I'm including that in the "bidet" category. Basically any fixture that sprays water.
10x better than plain toilet paper.

Yeah, it's really the control over the trajectory that's the problem with bidets. It's much better to just move the sprayer around rather than twerking on top of a bidet to get the coverage or to compensate for misjudging the nozzle placement when you sit down.

I definitely do this at home. But one time I walked into the washroom at work and some dude had his shirt hanging over the bathroom stall... Made it pretty akward as I knew he was absolutely crushing that toilet

If I gotta poop, I gotta poop. I don't care where I am. I can go anywhere. I'm not holding in poop because I can't handle sitting on a toilet others use too. Even at home other people use the toilet. It's not that big of a deal. When's the last time anyone contracted some kind of illness because of toilet sharing?

What's the point of taking your shirt off when you poop?
