Any of you know if you pre ordered at 1 eb games, can you pick it up at another? Would like to grab the midnight release, but pre ordered at deerfoot meadows.

No you cannot.
You would have to go to deerfoot meadows, and transfer your pre order to another game. You would then have to go to the store before the midnight release and pre order it from that store.

I picked up season ticket last year, and I felt that it was quite worth it.
Got to play 3 days early (this was important to me), but I also get those HUT packs.
Plus I get a free early rental of all other EA sports games. Got to try out something like Tiger Woods, to see if I liked it (haven't played the series since 2006).

I put down $10 to pre-order Skyrim in Lethbridge and ended up picking it up in Calgary instead. I had to pay full price for the game in Calgary. The money I put down in Lethbridge essentially becomes "credit" from that store towards another pre-order.

I assume all EB's are doing midnight release and not just Southcenter with Backlund?
As cool as it would be to meet Mikael, I really don't want to drive there.

Haha, I came to this thread to partially harass you for that. Was shown it on a mutual friends Facebook.
The other reason is to ask how online play works with Xbox for games like this. Do you need Xbox gold? If so, would it make more sense to get it for PC instead?

The game only is on Xbox and PS3. I believe you need Xbox gold in order to play the game online.

Been playing lots of the demo at a friends place.
One thing I've noticed is it's easier to defend in your own zone than before.
Moving guys from the front of the net, check them when they're looking for rebounds, being in the passing lanes etc. is all greatly improved.
Still trying to get used to the skating using L2 when in front of the net though, sometimes my guy does a 180 for seemingly no reason.
