I'm probably way off and this will sound stupid but the nail in the shoe will leave a blood trail that Michonne will follow to find the priest.
That episode could have been 10 minutes long. Nothing more than a filler setup episode.

It really was a set up for the mid season finale next week.
I like the show, but really didn't like that episode too much. The second vehicle (blue station wagon) seemed odd. I wonder if that is SOP for them, to send a second back up vehicle.
Also, Sasha is a dumb ass.

Or maybe this is how they kill him off. I can't imagine tetanus boosters are easy to come by out there. Hmmm, I wonder if lock jaw would make it impossible for him to eat as a preacher-walker.

I don't see what the preachers problem is? Yeah they killed they people because they were trying to harm them but he himself didn't let people in the church so he's a murderer himself and now all of a sudden he can't stay in there because of all the blood. That's crap. I was happy when he left, he won't survive for much long anyways.
Also, Sasha is pretty stupid to believe that guy. Oh well, sets up a good mid season finale battle royale between Rick's group and the terrible cops.

I think the preacher's problem is he's a conflicted pedo.
Sees the baby, had to get out of there.
"You'll burn for this" might actually mean something else entirely. It might be from before the outbreak.

Few pointless episodes in a row, big action coming next week.
I wish they would just spread it out more evenly instead of all this build up. Take some lessons from Game of Thrones! Nobody sees a major plot altering twist coming in a random episode.

Morgan, he (and his son) are the ones that save Rick and fill him in on the new world.
Beth is gone, yippee.
It didn't look like too many people from the hospital followed the group out, in fact I saw none.

The guy who plays Morgan is an excellent actor (he was great in Snatch). Hopefully he joins the cast fulltime, as they really could use someone with actual acting prowess.

The hospital arc was so boring and pointless. They rushed the canibal arc for that? All those episodes for a one minute pay off that wasn't great anyway. This arcs villian was weak and I couldnt care less if she lived or died. Beth is stupid. She could have got everyone killed...which is what I wish would have happened after this half season.
And they are seriously considering a spinoff show? They have no ideas for this show. How are they going to fill two shows with content?

I personally had no issue with the last few episodes. Not sure what people are expecting. It's been a fun ride IMO. Sad to see Beth go. She was in tears on the Talking Dead.
